Mr. Garcia is an expert Aerospace economic and business development executive with over three decades of experience. He has a background in aerospace engineering, a Master’s degree in Business Management and airline transport pilot expertise.
With more than two decades of experience in the US real estate market, Mr. Duarte successfully deployed more than US$100 million of investor equity, as well as his own personal wealth, in the acquisition, renovation and disposition of hundreds of properties throughout Florida and the Midwest. Mr. Duarte holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s in International Business from the University of St. Thomas in Minneapolis.
More than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, where he specializes in business development, investment structuring and fundraising with accredited investors. Mr. Preuss has a Master’s degree in Production Engineering from Escola de Engenharia Mauá, and a Master’s in Finance from BBS Business School in São Paulo.
Mr. Ades is a Partner and Advisor to Alliance Capital Management Group who brings a strong background in deal structuring and in-depth knowledge of different investment instruments. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in International Finance and Technology from Fundação Getúlio Vargas in São Paulo.
Mr. Lomuto is a net-leased investment sales specialist with over 25 years of commercial real estate experience. His career spans development, construction, property management, leasing, and nearly ten years as a commercial broker. His client list includes some of the most recognizable names in the business, including multiple firms from the S&P 500, traded and non-traded REIT’s, hospitality groups, bulge bracket investment banks, and countless other real estate funds, owners, users and developers across the US. He holds an MBA from the University of California at Davis, and a bachelor’s in business from the University of Denver in Colorado.
Mr. Rosa's prior experience includes publicly traded companies such as RBI, a 3G Capital portfolio company, that controls the global Burger King brand, and prior to that, Panera Brand. His area of expertise is Financial Planning & Analysis, having managed the budgeting, forecasting, and reporting process for global teams. Mr. Rosa holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Boston College.
Eduardo Tesi is a Project Management consultant with extensive experience in managing commercial real estate developments, from ground-up projects to major renovations. An architect with degrees from Universidad Simón Bolívar, Illinois Institute of Technology, and Northwestern University, he also holds a Hospitality Management certificate from Cornell University. A LEED Accredited Professional and active PMI South Florida Chapter member, Eduardo previously managed the PMO office at Riviera Point Development Group, overseeing projects worth $150 million. He now leads Excellence PMO, a Florida-based consultancy firm that provides top-tier project management expertise to turn real estate visions into reality.
With a solid decade of experience in administrative roles, Ms. Amanda has excelled as a Bilingual Executive Assistant and Office Manager. Throughout her career, she worked for large multinational companies and has developed essential skills and valuable expertise, achieving a high level of proficiency in providing administrative and marketing support to executive directors and their teams. Her commitment to excellence and organization ensures high-quality support, which is crucial for the success of operations and maintaining high standards within the organization.
