We generally focus our investments on two opportunity sets. To finance experienced Developers with the goal of developing single-tenant and small multi-tenant Build-to-Suit real estate properties, pre-leased on a long-term net-lease basis to creditworthy tenants in demand-driven industries. Additionally, we will also execute on compelling Sale-Leaseback opportunities, acquiring a portfolio of assets and selling them, usually with better operating metrics, on an individual or smaller pooled basis.
